  • Coordinate project deliverables with external stakeholders, review documents for accuracy and completeness, identify issues, and propose feasible solutions to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in the Contract Administration process by promptly revising drawings, preparing change documentation, attending site meetings, and providing feedback to ensure accurate incorporation of changes and compliance with project specifications.
  • Facilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment with project objectives. Represent the design team in external meetings and support collaborative progress.
  • Maintain a current knowledge of building codes, by-laws, and regulations to ensure design decisions align with the latest standards and requirements.
  • Identify and communicate project risks in accordance with TF's risk management process.
  • Ensure compliance with stakeholder requirements, building codes, regulations, and design specifications.

What You Will Bring

  • Degree or Diploma in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 3-5 years of progressively more responsible roles within Architecture firms.
  • Proficient experience in Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of current design trends.
  • Working knowledge of applicable building codes and municipal by-laws with experience in the municipal approval process.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid role, with 2 days in the Studio.
