Your Team:

We are seeking Client Relationship Managers (CRM) responsible for leading and managing client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while driving long-term growth and satisfaction. The CRM role varies from assisting senior team members (CRM I) to taking full ownership of high-value client portfolios and complex projects (CRM III). The role includes financial strategy, project management, and talent development, with increasing responsibilities based on experience and expertise

Your Role:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients across various industries.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and identifying growth opportunities.
    • Lead client engagements by understanding ERP needs and collaborating on tailored solutions.
    • Proactively anticipate and mitigate potential issues, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and reviews with clients and internal teams.
    • Identify opportunities for additional services and expand client portfolios.
  2. Financial Strategy and Resource Management:
    • Manage portfolios, supporting the growth and strategic financial performance.
    • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with revenue growth targets.
    • Collaborate with finance teams to review forecasts, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation.
    • Oversee subproject profitability, suggest improvements, and implement cost-control measures.
    • Support the development of multi-year financial plans and ensure balanced revenue distribution.
  3. Project Management:
    • Assist or lead project planning and execution, depending on role level, ensuring alignment with client and corporate goals.
    • Oversee project timelines, mitigate delays, and monitor risk registers.
    • Ensure adherence to quality standards and support project managers in achieving key milestones.
    • Lead project closeouts, extracting lessons learned and maintaining complete, accurate documentation.
    • Mentor project managers on managing stakeholder expectations, communication strategies, and continuous improvement.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Foster open communication between departments and ensure strategic alignment with organizational goals.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate customer feedback into operational strategies.
    • Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and regulatory engagements.
  5. Talent Management & Development:
    • Lead or support performance management discussions and mentoring of team members.
    • Champion talent development programs, focusing on skill enhancement and succession planning.
    • Ensure continuity during staff absences by managing reporting protocols and supporting team members.
    • Provide guidance and leadership development to ensure a high-performance work environment.
  6. Product & Regulatory Expertise:
    • Maintain proficiency in Incident Command System (ICS200/300/400) for emergency management and regulatory compliance.
    • Stay informed on industry trends and contribute to the design and implementation of new products, particularly for the Oil and Gas sector.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks and champion process improvements in project delivery.

About You:

The company is seeking several Client Relationship Managers at varying levels, please see below requirements for each level and note the level you wish to apply for in your application (application questions)

CRM I:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
  • Completion of accredited Project Management certification.

CRM II:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field, master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of project management experience.
  • Completion of accredited Project Management certification.

CRM III:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field, preference for a master's or doctorate.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience and a Demonstrated leadership of large-scale projects.
  • Completion of accredited Project Management certification.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Expertise in building client relationships with customer-centric approaches.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, JIRA) and the MS Office suite.
  • Advanced knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in emergency response management.
  • Financial acumen and experience in developing growth strategies.
