The Position:

Summit Search Grouphas been engaged in the recruitment of our clients newest Senior Network Administrator. Our client is an all-inclusive managed IT services that offers the best in-class support for businesses. They simplify tech, cutting through complex technical jargon and using easy-to-understand terms. In this technical role, you will be responsible for supporting a variety of desktop, server, and network devices for a diverse client base. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator who can build strong relationships with clients and team members alike, all while efficiently troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in on-call, providing after-hours support to address urgent client needs and minimize downtime.
• Accurately document work and maintain detailed records within the ticketing system for future reference and continuity.
• Design and deploy new technology solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring smooth implementation and integration.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs by responding to and resolving client tickets promptly and within agreed timeframes.
• Maintain regular communication with the Service Desk Manager to provide updates on ongoing incidents and issue resolution.
• Provide timely follow-ups on client inquiries and support tickets, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Keep client documentation up to date, maintaining accuracy for system configurations and support reference materials.
• Lead and oversee complex projects, supporting team members to ensure successful project delivery within scope and timelines.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of IT support experience, preferably in a Managed Services environment, with a strong background in troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Server OS (2016, 2019, 2022).
• Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication, MS SharePoint site creation and migrations, and managing Virtual Machine environments (Hyper-V, VMware).
• Skilled in configuring and troubleshooting firewall and security appliances (SonicWall, FortiNet) and working with Remote Management and Monitoring platforms like ConnectWise Manage and Automate.
• Recommended experience with Microsoft Azure Compute services, VoIP deployment, and MS Intune device management is a plus.
