Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Manager - Data & Analytics to join our team in Toronto, Canada.

  • Manage existing 3PL partnership by establishing operational cadence and measuring SLAs
  • Builds strategic partnerships with OEM and Repair Vendor Partners to measure product quality, repair KPIs, and discover new ventures to improve the post-sales customer experience.
  • Execute requests to update and maintain Supply Chain data in the database and build relationships across various datasets for reporting and analytics.
  • Develop and support ETL processes, data migrations, and integration of various data sources (3PL, Transportation, ERP, etc.) into Snowflake.
  • Experienced in developing and running simulation, optimization, and what-if scenario planning tools to support decision-making
  • Demonstrable ability to sift through data, identify critical information, analyze, develop hypotheses and make recommendations to a broader audience required.
  • Leverage unique identifiers, such as device serials/IMEI, to build complex reports across multiple data sources.
  • Maintain all Supply Chain compliance reporting as it relates directly with monitoring trade up returns and the certified pre-owned program.
  • Work directly with the internal EBS team to obtain ERP data as it relates to supply chain and build metrics to capture inventory and order management reporting.
  • Automate and maintain the database relating to inventory and device sales reporting to support demand planning team with purchases.
  • Automate and maintain all 3PL performance, compliance and costing reports.
  • Experience using visual dashboards such as Tableau and PowerBI to analyze data and support all Supply Chain leaders.
  • Review redundant tasks in the Supply Chain division that can be eliminated with automated reporting.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Telecommunications, Retail or CPG domain is required.
  • Supply Chain background and prior experience in areas of Demand, Supply, Shipping, Inventory Planning etc. is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with large data sets (with an emphasis on business analysis problems)
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Statistics, or related field with experience in areas such as Supply chain planning and operations
  • Demonstrated technical, and analytical skill set to work with toolkit such as:
    • Python, SQL, Git, Power BI
    • Airflow, Red Hat Enterprise Linux
    • Teradata and Snowflake
  • Experience working on data migration projects is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in synthesizing and packaging complex analyses and delivering results to non-technical audiences including senior leadership teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop and deliver presentations.
