Position
We are looking for a creative and motivated Senior Product Manager, User Experience to join our team of experienced professionals dedicated to improving user experiences and making healthcare more accessible for our members.
Job Duties
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer interactions across multiple touchpoints and channels
- Analyzing customer feedback, surveys, and data to identify customer pain points and different ways to improve the customer journey and create a positive experience
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product, engineering, pharmacists, fulfillment and the customer service team, to align customer experience efforts with business goals and objectives
- Monitoring and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, providing regular reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders
- Utilize user feedback, analytics, and user behavior data to drive iterative improvements and maintain a user-centric approach throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Partner with our UX Research team, employ design thinking methodologies, and leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities for simplification and differentiation in the app experience.
- Develop and drive the product roadmap, communicate plans, progress, and challenges effectively to stakeholders at all levels, emphasizing the importance of delivering value to our customers and a great experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- A degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields; or significant experience working with tech teams.
- 4+ years of experience as a product manager, including multiple roadmap cycles.
- Extensive understanding of mobile and web platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to present concepts, ideas, and insights to the project team and clients
- Background in project research and management, and a strong portfolio of design projects
- Comfortable with analytics and reporting tools to drive product decisions; capable of independent data gathering and analysis.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with customer care, fulfillment operations, marketing, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment.
- Excited about working in a startup, learning and solving problems without getting constrained by current knowledge or experience.

The annual compensation is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and alignment to the market .
