The Channel Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive demand and growth through our diverse channel partner network. This role is responsible for creating tailored marketing plans that align with our business objectives, enhance partner relationships, and accelerate sales in target industries. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, a proven track record of working cross-functionally to devise impactful programs and knowledge of product marketing fundamentals.What You'll Do
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support and grow relationships with key channel partners, resellers, and distributors.
- Identify and prioritize key vertical markets, crafting customized marketing programs that address the specific needs, challenges, and opportunities within each sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing assets, sales tools, and training materials that empower channel partners to effectively promote and sell our products/services.
- Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, content, email, etc.) aimed at driving awareness and lead generation in specific verticals and through channel partners.
- Conduct research to understand industry trends, customer pain points, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities in targeted verticals and regions.
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison for channel partners, ensuring alignment and collaboration on goals, metrics, and campaigns.
- Monitor the success of marketing initiatives, analyzing key metrics (ROI, lead generation, conversion rates) and optimizing campaigns to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage vertical-specific trade shows, webinars, and partner events, ensuring successful participation, branding, and post-event follow-up.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on channel marketing, partner management, or product marketing.
- Strong understanding of channel sales models, including distribution, reseller, and strategic partner ecosystems.
- Proven experience developing and executing product marketing programs in specific industry verticals (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, technology).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize marketing performance.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing strategies.
