Dream is looking for an Intern, Development Finance (8 months)

What experience will you gain?
Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role:
- Maintain and assist in development of financial models
- Assist in consolidation and interpretation of financial results
- Prepare and analyze market data and assist in preparing presentations;
- Perform data analytics and ad-hoc analysis as required for senior management for insights and trends and,
- Assist in coordinating with various teams to compile the annual budget for senior management approval;
- Build and Sharpen your technical skills
What type of experience do you have?
In addition to being able to showcase your collaborative mindset and positive attitude, you need to be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, with a focus on Finance, Accounting or Economics
The following are your keys to your success with us:
- University student pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, or economics with exceptionally strong academic and extra-curricular track record;
- Intention to pursue CFA and/or CPA designation;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including complex functions, Power Query, VBA, complex model structures.
- Knowledge of database structures; familiarity with JDE and ReportsNow is a plus
- Prior relevant work or extra-curricular experience in finance, accounting or investments (ideal, but not required);
- A proactive work ethic, high attention to detail, and commitment to exceeding expectations;
- Ability to handle competing requests and deadlines, adapt quickly, and work independently or within a team as needed;
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, along with a curiosity and adaptability that drive learning and growth
