Dream is looking for an Intern, Tenant Experience (8 months)

What experience will you gain?
Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role:
- Create and post content on our Tenant APP, using our content creator to help build posts and share our regular monthly programming. This includes coffee promotions, things going on in the city, items we want to share about our buildings, etc.
- Develop a monthly content calendar to ensure we communicate items that satisfy our GRESB/BOMA impact goals
- Plan and execute Client Events
- Help update Tenant Manuals. This is our building-specific document that outlines our building's policies and procedures
- Help Draft Bi-Weekly Client Updates
- Work with Client Services on planning promotions or ways to engage with our clients in various buildings
- Assist with Client Service coordination
- Aide with upcoming Sustainability and Impact initiatives
This role is a great way to get exposure to commercial real estate and interact with our clients and internal stakeholders. You will learn the various aspects of the business and help us communicate with them. We're looking for someone personable and a strong communicator, with exposure to sending out marketing or creating content on social platforms.
What type of experience do you have?
The ideal candidate will be proactive, optimistic, and have worked in a dynamic environment where they have experience dealing with multiple priorities and have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary education in Marketing, Event Planning, or related field
- Experience with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with social media platforms
- Flexible work availability/hours
- You will be required to be on-site and work at both the office and at our buildings
