We are seeking Journeymen and Apprentice electricians for short-term current and upcoming roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical theory and practices, as well as having the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Candidates must be presentable, motivated, and have a "Can do" attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems.
• Have knowledge of appropriate electrical codes.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to plan, and complete electrical installations.
• Follow safety regulations for electrical work.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members and other trades.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent problem solving and communications skills.
• Journeyman Ticket or Apprentice
• Physically able to perform the job duties, including lifting or standing for long periods of time.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Casual

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay

• Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Drivers Licence (preferred)
