The Role

The Appliance Service Technician is responsible for installing and providing diagnostics and repairs on a wide variety of appliances. This involves on site repairs and repairs in our valued client's homes.

What you will be doing

  • Verifying and accurately diagnosing mechanical/electrical problems
  • Preparing accurate estimates and explanations on all repairs
  • Performing assigned and required repairs to customer products
  • Travelling to customer's homes to diagnose / repair appliances

To be successful in this role you must

  • Have a clean driver's abstract (our insurance team says so)
  • A current Journeyman Appliance Technician ticket
  • Enjoy working within a diverse team
  • Have a strong sense of urgency
  • Be proactive and demonstrate initiative by providing input and recommendations to continually improve the delivery of our customer experience
  • Clear a security check
