We are currently looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented problem-solver Production Merchandiser to join our team in Vancouver, BC.

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly monitor and track production schedules to ensure timely delivery with accurate quality and quantities.
  • Manage production timelines and flag any risks or delays to relevant teams.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to ensure materials are received on time and meet production requirements.
  • Assist in generating purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with factories and vendors to track production progress and resolve any issues.
  • Oversee the sampling process, from approval to delivery, ensuring all samples meet brand standards and deadlines.
  • Ensure quality control checks are conducted at all stages of production and address any discrepancies or defects.
  • Organize samples in the office and ensure that sample delivery timelines are met.
  • Follow up on damage reports and work with relevant teams to address product issues.
  • Other departmental tasks as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain timelines and meet critical deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of technical fabrics, garment construction, and quality control is an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Keen interest in fashion, denim, streetwear, and luxury brands.
