Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to facilitate the efficient movement of goods within our warehouse.

SHIFT AVAILABLE: 10:00 am - 06:00pm

Duties

• Operate forklift counterbalance or reach to move materials and products throughout the warehouse.
• Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper lifting techniques are used to maintain safety.
• Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking inventory levels and order picking.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure mechanical reliability and safety compliance.
• Assist in the organization of warehouse space to optimize storage efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating Counterbalance & Reach is mandatory.
• 3 years or more experience required
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
• Basic math skills for inventory management and order processing.
• Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes and order picking techniques.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks performed.
