Big John Peterson's Home Marketing Team is looking to add a Client Care Coordinator as we expand our customer-focused Administrative Team.
The Client Care Coordinator provides the highest level of support to our growing list of loyal clients, our expanding Team of Realtors, and the entire Administrative Team. This position is vital to the success of our Team as it supports all areas of our business from the first contact with potential customers all the way to receiving a 5-star rating at the end of their buying or selling process. Our team approach allows each of us to focus on their specific task and to provide expert knowledge and assistance.
Compensation:$40,000 - $45,000
Responsibilities:The Client Care Coordinator has 5 key areas of focus within our Team.
- Administrative Tasks. Perform daily administrative duties allowing our Agents to focus on the sales aspect of Real Estate. The proficient execution of administrative details provides critical support in creating a positive customer experience and loyalty from our clients. Understanding and following Team processes and checklists are a must in this role
- Initial Client Meeting Preparation. Make sure our Agents are prepared to WOW every client with an exceptional level of knowledge and professionalism. Right from the first contact, to the first meeting, and then beyond, we work together to provide the best solutions to every client's real estate challenge. Examples of this are the proper preparation of a Buyer Consultation file for an agent prior to meeting with a potential client or answering the phone with a smile on your face and being prepared to help achieve their real estate goals
- Transaction Coordination. This is all about the checklist and details. Making sure all the I's are dotted and T's are crossed. Attention to detail and timely processing of all required paperwork is what we need
- Marketing and Client Communication. Timely and accurate communication, even over communication (is there such a thing?), is how we create loyal clients who want to do business with our Team over and over again. Our database (CRM), video emails, emails, social media, and yes – the phone – are our best friends. No matter how we communicate, we do it with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a smile on our faces!

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Communicates well, both verbally and written
- Computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Specific programs include Top Producer, Follow Up Boss, Bombbomb, and various Real Estate databases – Training will be provided
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management skills
