A local Kelowna family business is growing and has an immediate opening for a Fulltime Reseal Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team to work on a fleet of Heavy Duty Trucks, Tractors, Autohalluer and Equipment Trailers.

As a HD Mechanic, you will be working hydraulics systems, air brake, commercial heavy duty diesel engine repairs, welding fabrications, electrical wiring, engine diagnostic, engine rebuilds, along with preventative maintenance.

You will be responsible for maintaining the complete fleet in a safe working order through a schedule maintenance program. The Heavy Duty Mechanic will work directly with the fleet maintenance manager to ensure the maintaining of the fleet in safety working order to reducing downtime.

You will also be responsible for inputting and maintaining our fleet maintenance computer program with parts, labour hours and preventive maintenances reminder

The job requires an individual who can be a leader and wants to assist in working within an established program and look for areas of improvement. Innovation and

ideas are welcomed and appreciated.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Tuesday to Saturday
• Wednesday to Sunday

Experience:

Full Red Seal Mechanic (preferred)

Work Experience in Commercial Setting
