We are currently seeking a talented communicator to join us as a Entry Level Client Service Representative!

In this role, you will be at the frontline of our brand, ensuring that each interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. You will work closely with a team of dedicated customer success professionals who share your passion for helping others and exceeding expectations! As a Client Service Representative, you will have the chance to build meaningful relationships, resolve challenges with creativity and efficiency, and contribute to the continuous growth of the organization.

The responsibilities of the Client Service Representative are to:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for client communication and inquiries.
  • Interact with customers through phone calls, texts, emails, and in-person in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information to clients about our products, services, and available promotions.
  • Leverage your customer service and problem-solving skills to strengthen customer engagement, handle escalations, and maximize customer experience.
  • Identify customers' needs and provide customized product and service solutions by navigating through our point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and orders.
  • Share insights and feedback from clients to help improve customer service and support.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service/communications environment preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Being bilingual in English and French is a great advantage.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Proficient negotiation skills to navigate challenging situations with internal and external stakeholders.
