What we're looking for...

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee and drive the success of our client projects. In this role, you will be integral in coordinating project timelines, managing client communications, and ensuring that our deliverables meet both Aquanty's high standards and client expectations. As a small, flexible company, we value self-responsibility, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring project progress and outcomes align with client goals.
  • Resource Allocation: Collaborate with team members, including data scientists, software developers, and Earth scientists, to allocate resources efficiently and meet project milestones.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues in project workflows and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project integrity and timelines.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, create progress reports for stakeholders, and regularly update clients and internal teams.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions, technical documentation, and team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project) and understanding of data science and geospatial analytics concepts are assets.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with a knack for identifying potential challenges and developing actionable solutions.
