Salary:

To lead the improvement of our manufacturing processes , boost the business and meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing our in house manufacturing output and quality , manage partnerships with third partner manufactures we represent and develop new ones , increase output sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities :

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Manufacuring and sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
  • Manage, oversee, and build a team to boost the business.
  • Establish and manage processes.
  • Ensure quality control.
  • Ensure continuous improvement, avoiding inefficiencies and waist, and ensuring stock reduction per a good sales strategy.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Lead purchasing for both Manufacturing and Sales.
  • Oversee budgets ensuring their control.
  • Lead project management throughout the involved departments.
  • Manage and oversee sales, supplier or any stakeholders relationships.

Experience in architectural products, construction products, import and export, leading sales management, marketing, manufacturing processes, 6 sigma, are relevant requirements to this role.
