Maintenance Worker

Location: Stratford, ONSalary: $21.14/hour Hours: 30-40 hours per week Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time Shifts: Day, Morning, Shift work Start Date: ASAP Vacancies: 9
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to 1 year
- Language: English
- On-site work (no remote option)
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain hallways, floors, and stairs
- Operate industrial vacuums, sweepers, and snowblowers
- Perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Move heavy furniture and equipment
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, windows, and walls
- Maintain outdoor areas (lawns, gardens, walkways)
Work Environment:
- Physically demanding, involving bending, crouching, kneeling
- Repetitive tasks in all weather conditions
