MetCap Living Management Inc. is one of Canada's largest private third-party property managers specializing in multi-residential property management. We are a growth orientated company with our head office located in Toronto, Ontario and property operations in British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.
MetCap Living Management Inc has an immediate opening for a Resident Coordinator/Administrator at our downtown Toronto office. We are conveniently located at Richmond and Sherbourne which is accessible by streetcar and within a short walk of the subway.
Position : Jr. Performance Analyst
Reports to: Receivables Analyst

As the Jr. Performance Analyst, you will be gathering tenant, employee and financial data, conducting analysis, writing reports and preparing presentations for the purpose of measuring for evaluation and assessing changes over time. To be successful in this role you must be a critical thinker, results oriented, and develop an accurate understanding of MetCap' s performance indicators, Policies and Procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting:
  • Gather building and tenant data and prepare weekly, biweekly and monthly reporting for measurable values to determine how effective an individual or team is achieving business objectives.
  • Auditing reports for data inconsistencies, opportunities for improvement and provide summaries to Management.
  • Compile statistical summary reporting monthly, quarterly, and when required by Management.
  • Maintain data and reporting for employee and tenant incentives and special programs when required.
  • Escalation and management of ticket reporting to Information and Technology Departments for tenant and system issues.
  • Ad hoc reporting as required.
Relations:
  • Meet regularly with MetCap Team for the purposes of educating staff, presenting results and KPIs.
  • Liaison with Operations, Accounting, Leasing, Human Resources, Information Technology Departments, Sr. Management and Clients with regards to results and action plans.
  • Training staff member on accurate KPI reporting practice, policies and procedures.
  • Assist Residents with inquires regarding incentives and special programs.

Administration:
Ensure that resident files in all MetCap's data systems and modules are continuously updated.
  • Preparation of presentations for various levels of Management.
  • Preparation of files for special programs, IT tickets and corrections within all systems.
  • Update policies and procedures.
  • Draft and send letters for special programs.
  • Ensure Departmental email boxes are kept up to date and that escalations are address.
Other:
  • Provide coverage for Team when required.
  • Special Projects as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
  • Post-Secondary Education required, preferably statistics, economics, business management or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year up of job-related experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience with Yardi, Property Vista and Rent Café, SQL is an asset.
  • Exceptional Report writing, data management and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of Management.
  • Strong organizational, coordination and documentation skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Must have strong analytical skills and focus to details.
  • Ability to work independently.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
