Job Description

As a Sales Director/VP at CXAI, you will play a vital role in driving our continued success. This role thrives on leveraging your existing network and relationships, while also cultivating new relationships with key vertical and client targets.

A strong understanding of the Customer Experience Management industry is essential to your credibility in front of clients. Contact Centre BPO sales experience is strongly preferred, however candidates with relevant CX industry experience in consulting, software sales or a related discipline are also of interest. A strong awareness and understanding of leading CX technology solutions including CCaas, Analytics, Ai, RPA, will ensure your success.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify, target, and lead clients in a consultative approach, leveraging deep research and discovery to pinpoint areas of opportunity or pain, and to design innovative solutions that differentiate CXAi, allowing us to profitably scale our business and retain our clients.

Your Mission

  • Generating new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for the company through

outbound prospecting, lead qualification and building relationships with senior executives in mid-market and enterprise prospect accounts.

  • Developing customized solutions based on thorough needs analysis, leading to differentiated proposals that increase revenue and profit for the company, and outstanding CX results for our clients
  • Owning the sale from first meeting to contract signature by effectively managing meetings, commitments, deadlines, content needs, pricing design, and strategy for the pursuit, and effectively communicating same to internal stakeholders to ensure informed and timely support.
  • Effectively negotiate contract terms, in collaboration with internal teams including Legal, Finance, HR, and Operations to mitigate risk.
  • Serve as an advisor to the company on strategy and product design based on industry and client intelligence
  • Demonstrate an insatiable appetite for knowledge and take accountability for your own development through online research, courses, and certifications to stay abreast of current industry and technology trends.
  • Possessing excellent time management skills and are a natural planner who works highly efficiently and with purpose.
  • Demonstrate an orientation towards details, keeping Salesforce up to date on key deal timing, revenue, and probability – to ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Maintaining a high level of activity through consistent outreach and follow-up efforts to

meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for lead generation, qualification,

and conversion. Again, you love selling!

What You Bring to the Table

  • At least 10 years B2B mid-market and enterprise sales experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, Teams, Salesforce, and other sales productivity tools.
  • You are a natural relationship builder and possess excellent presentation skills and the ability to lead executive level decision makers. You build rapport and trust quickly.
  • You are humble, coachable and are eager to learn from your peers. You care about your reputation and your character. You treat others with respect regardless of title. You are a team player who understands it takes a village to win.
  • You are a quick thinker and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, bilingual (English / French) language skill would be a strong asset.
  • You are a generalist with experience selling to multiple verticals. Specific experience in any of the following verticals would be a strong asset: Telecommunications, Retail / eCommerce, Energy and Utilities, BFSI, Healthcare, Government, and Tech
  • Proven track record of target overachievement
  • This role would be ideally suited to someone currently selling in the CX BPO space, who is looking for a change and a new challenge, who brings market traction and a rolodex of key decision makers, allowing you to make an impact in year one.
