- Competitive Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000

- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
- Assist with account analysis and account reconciliations
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Utilize accounting software Sage50 to record, store, and analyze financial data
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any accounting discrepancies or issues
- Post-secondary education in accounting or finance
- 3 or more years bookkeeping experience, ideally in construction
- Comfortable with full cycle hands on accounting and payroll
- Sage 50 experience is ideal
- Proficiency in Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding time management, prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment, where collaboration is the key to success
