• Oversees all facilities of the conversion process.
  
• Completes mapping, interfaces, mock conversion work, enhancements, actual conversion, and verifies completeness and accuracy of converted data.
  
• Establish a strong working relationship with all clients, interact effectively with all levels of client personnel, and provide conversion support.
  
• Analyzes and coordinates data file conversions.
  
• Works with importing files from heterogeneous platforms.
  

General Skills:

• Full life-cycle data conversion experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems, including deployment experience
  
• Proficiency in query languages
  
• Familiarity with and construction of complex query statements

• Experience with data conversion scripts and tools

Experience and Skill Set Requirements:

Must Haves:

• 3+ years of experience in data migration, conversion, or ETL processes.
  
• Hands-on experience with AWS Connect, Databricks or other data platform, and data transformation techniques.
  
• Data Transformation Tools: Expertise in ETL tools and data engineering processes.
  
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with Scala is a plus.
  
• AWS Services: working knowledge of AWS Connect, Amazon S3, AWS Lambda, and AWS Glue.
  

Skill Set Requirements:

The Senior Data Conversion Specialist will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all facilities of the conversion process.
  
• Completing mapping, interfaces, mock conversion work, enhancements, actual conversion, and verifies completeness and accuracy of converted data.
  
• Establishing a strong working relationship with all clients, interact effectively with all levels of client personnel, and provide conversion support.
  
• Analyzes and coordinates data file conversions.
  
• Works with translating and moving contact center data from existing cloud technology platforms to data exchange platform.
  

Skillset:

• Data Extraction and Transformation: Design and execute data extraction processes to gather data from AWS Connect, ensuring that all relevant contact center data is accurately transferred.
  
• ETL Process Development: Create and manage ETL pipelines for the efficient transfer of large data sets from AWS Connect to Databricks, optimizing for performance and scalability.
  
• Data Quality and Validation: Implement data validation, cleansing, and transformation protocols to ensure that data is accurate, consistent, and accessible post-migration.
