Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects in your assigned geographical area. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  1. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  2. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  3. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and visits.
  4. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  5. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  6. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  7. Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports.
  8. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  9. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  10. Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements:

  1. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  2. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  3. Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  4. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Working Conditions:

  • Extensive travel within the assigned territory.
  • Flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
