UW Mississauga is growing at tremendous rate and is now hiring an outgoing and motivated full-time Sales Assistant to join our expanding sales team. We need relentless, future-focused leaders looking for an opportunity to immerse themselves in a culture of growth, entrepreneurship, and professional development. This is a full-time & in person position.

In this entry level role, our Sales Assistant will build key customer relationships, recognize upselling opportunities, generate referral transactions, close sales, and drive profit margins on behalf of our clients.

Full-Time Sales Assistant will:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and act as a central point of contact to respond to prospects' questions and inquiries
  • Provide excellent consultative sales support and solutions to potential and existing customers
  • Identify new business opportunities, make initial contact, and build rapport
  • Develop new business and maintain current relationships to increase customer retainment and create a referral pipeline
  • Train, mentor, and supervise assigned associates
  • Work closely with senior management to develop proper sales techniques, problem-solving skills, and conflict management techniques

Sales Assistant will gain:

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales or a strong interest in jumpstarting your sales career
  • Educational background in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, or communications is preferred
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid drivers license and a personal vehicle is preferred
  • Must be willing to work in-person and commute daily to our Mississauga office
