DUTIES:

Moulder setup, loading heads and adjusting for different profiles

Producing and Grading Finished Wood Products

Safe and expedient operation of moulder with precise attention to detail

Ability to perform full setup and change over from one profile to the next

Follow established procedures in the execution of daily tasks

Visual and measurement quality checks

Clean parts and machines in-process

Trouble shooting issues with your machine to fix problems, schedule maintenance if required.

Perform necessary machine maintenance

Keep moulder and work area clean and safe

Follow all safety procedures
