Client Consultation and Financial Education:
- Meet with clients to assess their financial needs and goals.
- Provide clients with information on financial products, including life insurance, retirement planning, investments, and debt management.
- Educate clients on financial concepts and help them understand how to create and implement strategies for achieving financial security.
Sales and Product Recommendations:
- Recommend financial products based on clients' individual needs, goals, and current financial situation.
- Sell a variety of financial products such as term life insurance, annuities, mutual funds, mortgage, legal services and other investment vehicles.
Financial Planning:
- Assist clients in developing and managing comprehensive financial plans that include budgeting, saving for retirement, reducing debt, and investing for the future.
- Analyze and review clients' financial situations to create personalized strategies.
Building and Maintaining Client Relationships:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and financial advice.
- Regularly review and adjust clients' financial plans as their life circumstances and goals change.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and Primerica's internal policies.
- Complete paperwork and maintain accurate records for all client transactions and financial plans.
- Education/Experience:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is generally required; a college degree in finance, economics, or a related field is a plus.
- No prior financial experience is necessary, but candidates with sales, customer service, or financial background may have an advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Sales skills, including the ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A strong interest in helping people achieve financial independence and security.
