As a Commercial Realtor with our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of commercial real estate deals, from leasing and sales to investment properties. You'll use CoStar to analyze market trends, conduct property searches, and present comprehensive reports, providing clients with the insights they need to make informed decisions.

$40,000 + Bonus

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including leasing, selling, and investment transactions
• Utilize Co Star to research, analyze, and interpret real estate data to support client needs
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and developers
• Negotiate transactions to ensure favorable outcomes for clients
• Conduct market analysis and property valuations
• Provide clients with clear and accurate information on market trends, property performance, and investment opportunities
• Attend networking events and maintain a professional presence in the commercial real estate community

• Valid real estate license with experience in commercial real estate
• Proficient in CoStar and experienced with other commercial real estate tools
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
