We're seeking a property caretaker to work with us in the Muskoka and Parry Sound region to support our main office in Port Carling.

What you'll do

• Oversee property management of our main office and nearby affiliated properties.
• Run snow removal machinery and sand, salt, and shovel walkways in the winter. In the spring and summer, run landscape equipment.
• Support the logistics team with out-of-town pick-ups and deliveries, warehouse operations and general maintenance needs of the SIFFT office.
• Additional duties as directed by General Manager and President.

Experience and qualifications

• Experience doing property maintenance, landscaping, and basic interior and exterior repairs.
• Reliable, organized and self-motivated. Able to work on-call with flexible hours.
• Strongly developed interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with employees, contractors and service providers.
• Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
