Shift - Night
Pay Rate - $46 - $50/hrResponsibilities:
Ensure adherence to the company's policies, protocols, and procedures concerning Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Environmental standards.
Address emergency repairs for production equipment during unscheduled shutdowns.
Execute scheduled maintenance repairs on production equipment as instructed.
Conduct maintenance tasks encompassing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic aspects, and troubleshoot and repair production machines.
Diagnose equipment and production issues by identifying defects in equipment; utilizing experience and observation, guarantee that mechanical equipment operates as intended, and devise solutions for persistent problems.
Demonstrate a continuous commitment to enhancing operations, reducing turnaround times, streamlining work processes, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality customer service.
Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance reports and documentation.
Adhere to safety training and department SOPs, along with compliance with food manufacturing facility regulations regarding equipment, chemicals, and work procedures.
Stay informed about industry technologies and codes.
Foster an understanding of corporate policies, practices, and procedures related to health and safety.
Qualifications:
Hold a Journeyman Millwright certification, coupled with three to 5 years of relevant work experience.
Possess the ability to diagnose issues with highly sequenced machinery and efficiently determine root causes of problems.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills, including planning and execution, with meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
Communicate effectively and collaborate within a team environment, contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere.
Handle interpersonal interactions with sensitivity, tact, diplomacy, and professionalism at all times.
