Must Have Skills:

• Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with proven leadership capabilities and hands-on expertise in key testing tools. The ideal candidate will lead a team of approximately 10 testers while actively participating in hands-on testing activities. This role involves ensuring end-to-end quality of applications across the entire portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the quality of the entire application development lifecycle, from planning through delivery.
• Optimize resource allocation throughout the testing lifecycle to maximize efficiency.
• Plan, manage, and lead the design and execution of comprehensive test strategies, including test plans and scenarios.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure test strategies align with project objectives.
• Establish proactive monitoring processes and create application health dashboards while maintaining focus on detailed execution.
• Provide actionable insights on testing and user stories during the development phase to ensure alignment with quality objectives.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve testing efficiency and team productivity.
• Lead, mentor, and coach the testing team to achieve deadlines and uphold quality standards.
