  • High-Level Administrative Support: Manage sensitive and strategic donor interactions, coordinate donor material requests, and support key fundraising efforts.
  • Data & Analytics: Lead efforts in data analysis, reporting, and CRM management to support fundraising strategies. Maintain and enhance donor data integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Strategic Donor Stewardship: Coordinate senior-level donor stewardship and recognition initiatives, including managing detailed tracking systems and ensuring alignment with donor expectations.
  • Event Management: Provide leadership in planning and executing high-impact events for Major Gift donors, including private receptions and targeted engagement programs.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Serve as a point of contact for interdepartmental and cross-functional communications, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
  • Donor Services: Manage donor inquiries, ensure timely follow-up, and process donations and payment requisitions with accuracy and discretion.
  • Support to Major Gift Fundraisers: Assist senior fundraisers with donor portfolio management, tracking performance metrics, and organizing donor engagement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management or senior-level coordination role, ideally within a nonprofit or fundraising environment.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and high-level projects.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong aptitude for working with numbers and data analysis; financial literacy is considered an asset.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities and timelines.
