Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated sales executive for a permanent role to drive its next season of market growth.

Here is what you will be doing on a day to day basis:

  • Form an important part of the organization's executive leadership team.
  • Represent the Customer department, its people, objectives and ultimate impact at the executive level.
  • Help the executive team set organizational strategy and plan their implementation.
  • Act as an ambassador to the culture, values and mission of the organization in all engagements within and outside of the business.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals, including market segmentation, lead generation, and sales process optimization.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, revenue goals, and other KPIs.
  • Oversee the customer experience team, ensuring exceptional service and support for our clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Monitor KPIs related to customer experience and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including large real estate partners and brokerages.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and generate future business.
  • Identify and negotiate medium to large revenue partnership opportunities.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and train a high-performing sales team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance within the sales organization.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities for sales team members.
  • Conduct performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Work closely with the product team to design and develop new products and features that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform product development decisions.
  • Participate in product roadmap planning and prioritization.
  • Implement and manage effective sales operations, including CRM systems, sales tools, and reporting processes.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Here is the type of person we are looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience leading and scaling high-performing sales teams, preferably in the real estate, technology or media industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform sales decisions and track performance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate market needs into product development opportunities.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of financial statements and budgeting processes.

Salary: $220,000 - $310,000 p.a. including on-target bonus earnings
