You will be a key member of the Finance and Corporate Affairs House Team, contributing to the effective execution of Anthem's equity strategies, mainly through formal reporting and communications with our external financial partners and lending a hand as needed in whatever else comes up in this dynamic team. The successful candidate will report to the Vice President, Real Estate Finance and work closely with team members from across all areas of a fully integrated real estate development company.

You will
- Manage the timely preparation, internal review, and delivery of external financial partner reporting packages, including managing specific partner requirements and deadlines
- Collaborate with cross functional teams at Anthem across asset classes and geographic regions to gather information, critically analyze and synthesize information for external stakeholders
- Have a solid understanding of financial statements and proformas (which are prepared by our accounting teams and incorporated into the financial partner reporting packages) and be able to articulate a story based on the information
- Build relationships with real estate and financial professionals across Anthem's business units
- Bring new ideas and processes to improve reporting packages for portfolio and fund investment partnerships
- Provide ad hoc reporting or analysis as requested by Anthem management and financial partners
You have
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related field
- Minimum 3 years in a hands-on role in the real estate industry, ideally with investor relations or reporting experience
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Analytical skills and comfortability and experience working within excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with high degree of accuracy

Salary Range
- $110,000 - $120,000 based on experience and level
