Position Overview:

Inbenta is currently looking to add a talented and driven Senior Product Designer to our team. You will play a key role in designing product features across the entire Inbenta platform as well as providing leadership and mentorship to a talented group of product designers. Your knowledge of common UX/UI patterns and the ability to explain them visually makes you an excellent candidate for this position. A portfolio that demonstrates your passion for interactive design including work samples that show your process and attention to detail is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ideation, conceptualization, and design of new product features from inception to delivery, ensuring seamless user experiences and intuitive functionality.
  • Create storyboards, user flows and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas to key stakeholders.
  • User & stakeholder research, gathering user feedback and integrating insights to
    refine design.
  • Work closely with the Head of design, product team and the broader engineering team to translate user requirements into actionable designs that align with engineering feasibility and user needs.
  • Champion a user-centric mindset, ensuring designs prioritize user needs while balancing business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
  • Experience working with and designing for B2B software companies
  • A strong appreciation of quality, attention to detail and pride of craft
  • Strong understanding of current design standards for modern devices and browsers.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
  • Understanding (HTML, CSS, Java script)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (multiple languages is a plus).

Reporting Structure:

  • This role will report directly to the Head of Design at Inbenta, working in a hybrid work environment with a minimum of 2 days a week out of the Toronto office.
