Job Description:
Homecleans is looking for a hardworking and reliable Landscaper to join our growing team. If you have a passion for working outdoors, love making outdoor spaces beautiful, and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
As a Landscaper, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing residential and commercial properties, ensuring they look their best all year round.
Key Responsibilities:
Mow, trim, and edge lawns and grass areas
Plant trees, shrubs, and flowers according to landscape design
Mulch, fertilize, weed, and maintain garden beds
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
Install sod, grass seed, and other landscaping materials
Trim and prune trees, shrubs, and hedges
Maintain walkways, driveways, and patios, including clearing snow and ice (seasonal)
Perform basic irrigation system checks and maintenance
Assist in hardscaping projects like patios, walkways, or retaining walls
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Basic knowledge of plants, gardening, and landscaping tools is an asset
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
