Job Description:
In this role, you will support the CEO with essential administrative tasks to help keep daily operations running smoothly. This position requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, staying organized and comfortable with balancing multiple responsibilities. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing executive emails and correspondence.
- Sending and coordinating correspondence and other documentation.
- Arranging travel and accommodations
- Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating events.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Previous administrative experience, particularly as administrative assistant, office manager or executive assistant
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
