Responsibilities:


  • Greet visitors, vendors, visiting employees with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Answer incoming calls in a pleasant and professional demeanor. Forward calls as appropriate or provide information needed.
  • Serve in a forward facing role to assist with or route client and staff questions or requests.
  • Receive, sort and deliver inbound mail and packages per routing instructions.
  • Index incoming mail (physical and electronic), scan and route to appropriate employee or upload into various system
    applications.
  • Log and distribute incoming checks
  • Maintain accurate production activity in the database.
  • Prepare and post outbound Canada Post mail and packages.
  • File Maintenance.
  • Meeting Services Support - room scheduling, set-up/take down, catering, etc.
  • Manage access cards for the site including visitor card distribution.
  • Manage inventory par levels for office and pantry supplies.
  • Maintain copy centers and cafes
  • Ensure facility and office services tickets are handled in a timely basis.
  • Ensure health and safety protocols are followed
  • Maintain a safe and clean lobby area
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or GED, customer service and office experience preferred
  • Exhibits excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Consistently demonstrates professional demeanor, appearance and attitude
  • Competent in prioritizing and handling multiple tasks
  • Data Entry skills - familiar with MSOffice applications (MSWord and MSExcel)
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
