About the position:

We are searching for a customer-centric and organized Client Care Coordinator for our Windsor, ON clinic at Cabana Road. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with regular hours of work being Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4:30 pm. This is a busy clinic location where you will work as part of a team; this is a great career move for someone with strong administration/customer service skills.

What you'll do:

  • Act as the key point of contact for patients at our clinic with client-facing/front-desk responsibilities (answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients)
  • Perform administrative tasks (processing payments, maintaining client files, ordering supplies, receiving incoming mail and packages)
  • Educate patients on hearing device payment plans, insurance direct-billing, trial periods, and basic product questions with the goal of increasing sales and fostering loyalty to our services and products
  • Participate in HearCANADA branding and marketing initiatives (attending community-based events, marketing collateral drop-offs, networking with other healthcare providers)
  • Assist clinical team members with sanitization and equipment as directed
  • Collaborate with other Client Care Coordinators to share administrative duties within the clinic

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative capacity
  • Experience in a retail or sales-oriented environment is strongly preferred
  • An energetic, self-driven person who is excited about business development and community partnerships/marketing
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish and build relationships with colleagues, coworkers, and community partner
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is strongly preferred as the role will involve some work related (mileage is compensated) local travel to events/marketing engagements
