LifeRaft is seeking a Product Specialist within our Sales Operations Team. This individual will play a critical role in helping to continue our unprecedented growth, working with Account Executives and the Customer Success Team to build and deliver compelling and industry-relevant product demonstrations. Demonstrating our product's value proposition is the cornerstone of converting opportunities into customers. Sales communications are mainly performed via Zoom, but qualified individuals may also be expected to work with clients on-location in target markets and attend various trade shows.
Requirements
What You do as a LifeRaft Product Specialist
- Work closely with the sales team throughout the sales cycle to understand and convey customer need
- Build and Deliver customized product demonstrations for potential clients that clearly illustrate ROI during the demo (industry expertise)
- Scope and execute successful Proof of Concept trials
- Exhibit technical platform capabilities and ability to relate to the audience which may include leadership of Fortune 500 companies and C-level executives
- Maintain internal CRM (Salesforce) accounts
- Viewed as Subject Matter Expert and in-house Analyst to support and educate clients
- Provide thought leadership and product knowledge for the sales, marketing, client experience, and leadership teams
- Help to expand customer and prospect databases (e.g., trade shows, etc.)
- Overall contribution to company growth and development
- Support the Customer Success team during trials and throughout a client's lifecycle to assure clients are using the product to its full potential
What You Need to Get the Job Done
- Experience in a product demonstration or solutions engineer position, preferably within the Corporate Security or OSINT Industries.
- Proven record of providing outstanding client interactions
- Strong knowledge of business processes (sales, marketing, service, support)
- Experience working with Corporate Security, Threat Analysts, or Open-Source Intelligence would be of additional value
