Job description
Our Client is a Vancouver based boutique law firm, specializing in personal injury & estate litigation. They are currently seeking a professional and experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join their busy law practice.
Your new role
In this new role you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the law firm, performing various administrative functions including conflict checks, manage special damages claims, and preparation of account related documents in this role you will also Interact professionally with clients, opposing counsel, experts and other relevant stakeholders via telephone and written communications.
What you will need to succeed
To be considered for this position, you must have minimum of 3 years plaintiff personal injury experience at a law firm. You should be a self starter with a keen attention to detail and proofreading/grammar skills are essential for this role.
