EBus is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team based out of our Vancouver Ticket Office. This position offers up to 12-16 hours per week, with shifts from 6:00 am to 10:00 am on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Friday. Shifts can change as per business needs.
Wage: $18.00 per hour
Primary Responsibilities:
- Quote fares and rates; make, confirm, change and cancel reservations
- Assist customers in planning travel times and routes
- Process payments
- Assist passengers with our online booking process
- Greet passengers during check in process; assist with inquiries and luggage storage
- Safely embark and disembark coaches
- Provide information on company policies
- Perform a variety of office and coach cleaning duties including vacuuming, cleaning lavatory, sanitizing, cleaning windows, emptying garbage
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience
- Cleaning experience considered an asset
- Numeracy
- Oral communication skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Superior problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to search for and retrieve information
- Ability to retain large amounts of changing information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and use of a computer
- Friendly, service-oriented personality
