Role Overview: We're seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist with a strategic and hands-on approach to help us elevate our brand and drive growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be a key player in planning, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Your knowledge of customer journeys, persona development, and campaign building will help us reach our target audiences effectively. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create impactful campaigns that build brand awareness, engage customers, and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels, with a primary focus on Google Analytics, Meta, and Facebook Ads.
  • Audience & Persona Building: Leverage research to create customer personas and understand target audience needs, motivations, and behaviors.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Work with cross-functional teams to design and improve customer journeys, ensuring seamless brand experiences at each touchpoint.
  • Brand Strategy Support: Collaborate with creative team to ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across digital channels.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Analytics, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Brief & Content Creation: Develop campaign briefs, customer flows, and content outlines that drive engagement and align with brand objectives.
  • Collaboration: Partner with creative and product teams to align on campaign goals and create cohesive digital experiences.

Your stats:
  • 3+ years in digital marketing, with a focus on digital campaign management.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Facebook Ads.
  • Ability to design customer journeys and funnels.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
  • Skilled in building and executing digital campaigns with innovative approaches to engage audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling briefs and customer flows.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with teams like content, design, and product
