The Sales Representative we bring on board will focus on building strong relationships with customers, increasing the customer base, and brand recognition to drive continued growth for the company!
The Sales Representative will:
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service
- Take ownership of the assigned territory and make the most of the provided leads to qualify prospects and close in-person sales
- Achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting home security, internet and wireless services to residential and retail customers
- Be the go-to person for any technical issues or queries from consumers
- Keep track of all sales activities in the assigned territories and report them on the Salesforce platform
- Attend all required training sessions, team meetings, and planning sessions to stay updated on the products and sales strategies

Requirements:
- Must be able to commute to the Delta, BC office daily
- Must have a Full-Time availability
- Post-secondary education in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is an asset
- 1-5 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to apply active listening skills to address customers' concerns
- Be comfortable working in a team and independently with minimum direction
