About Stamped:

Stamped has recently acquired the lifecycle tool, Repeat, in an effort to help brands proactively reengage their customers in the repurchase experience. We believe loyalty programs that sit on a shelf (i.e. the brand's website) are ineffective; they simply reward the customers who are already loyal to your brand. This means traditional loyalty programs are losing brands money, unnecessarily.

We believe in a world where lifecycle and loyalty marketing merge into one combined retention effort. Lifecycle goes and gets the attention of your customers and loyalty rewards get them to buy more products now.

In only a few short months, we've seen brands using this strategy dramatically outperform those operating a more traditional loyalty program.

Now we need to get this message into the hands of the best agencies in ecommerce.


Role:

Stamped is looking for someone to own our Technology Partnerships strategy and execution. This is a great role for entrepreneurial functional owners who want to make a big impact building on some early momentum. We have a lean team here at Stamped, which means you'll be working closely with the revenue team (marketing, sales development, agency partnerships and sales) as well as with our product, customer success and support teams.

We believe that partnerships drives exponential growth by helping us add value to merchants outside of our current audience.

In your first year, success will look like:

  1. Doubling the referral volume we currently share with key partners (both sending and receiving referrals)
  2. Creating memorable moments in-market through thought leadership, events, and other co-marketing initiatives and
  3. Delivering tangible value to mutual customers, helping them get the most out of their tech stack

Responsibilities:

  • Become a reviews, loyalty and lifecycle marketing expert
  • Consult with brands on the best ways to use Stamped's products in combination with partner technologies (we call these ‘Partner Plays')
  • Hit referral targets through a combination of co-marketing, direct referrals, and co-selling
  • Develop our existing relationships with key partners like Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript, Gorgias, Recharge, etc.
  • Enable our internal teams on who our partners are and how they can help our merchants
  • Be public in-market, sharing POV in conversations with other people in the industry, on social media and by attending attending events
  • Enable partner teams (L&Ls, content, co-selling, etc.) so they know how to effectively sell and operate Stamped products
  • Build and maintain partnership reporting in Hubspot, Crossbeam and PartnerStack

Requirements:

  • Experience working with DTC brands in the SMB / Mid Market segments
  • Understanding of email marketing, lifecycle marketing and loyalty programs and why a brand would invest in these channels
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into stories that resonate with your audience
  • Comfort reviewing data, identifying insights and developing strategies to fill gaps and double down on momentum
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Experience running partner marketing initiatives like sponsored events, webinars, digital downloads, thought leadership pieces, etc.
  • Strong prioritization skills to know what to focus on with limited resources
  • Creativity to cut through the noise in the market
  • Experience with Hubspot, Crossbeam and PartnerStack is a plus

Compensation:

We offer a starting salary of $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 CAD depending on experience. This role has a variable pay element which provides an estimated total OTE of $142,000.00 - $157,000.00 CAD.

We take a holistic approach to compensation at Stamped. Total compensation includes Salary, benefits, RRSP, ESPP, an annual education allowance and other perks.
