The Opportunity

As a Junior Bid Writer Specialist at Euna Solutions, you will support the RFP team to secure new business and retain existing public sector customers through high-quality proposal responses. Working closely with Senior Bid Specialists, sales, and technical teams, you'll assist in creating clear, persuasive content that demonstrates the company's value, solutions, and compliance with customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of high-quality bids and proposals for public sector contracts.
  • Conduct thorough research to gather relevant information and data for bid submissions.
  • Collaborate with senior bid writers and other team members to develop compelling and compliant proposals.
  • Review and analyze tender documents, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Maintain and update bid documentation and templates.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and inputs for bids.
  • Ensure timely submission of bids and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Support post-submission activities, including clarifications and presentations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Communications, English, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in bid writing, preferably within the public sector.
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes and requirements.
  • Experience with Loopio or other A.I. content generative tool for building out a content library.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with bid management software.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Location:

This role will be hybrid in our Oakville, ON office.
