Currently, we're seeking a Product Lead to join our team. As our Product Lead, you will be working within a cross-disciplinary team of Product Managers, Strategists, Engineers, Designers and our customers to build and grow market-leading products. From collaborating on defining strategy, conducting research, and analysis - you will be responsible to build and grow products using your deep expertise in consumer behaviour, business analysis and digital technology.

We know that everyone has a unique career journey and experience comes in many forms. If you're unsure you meet all of the criteria and qualifications but still think this might be the right fit, please get in touch! We'd love to meet you rather than you self-selecting out of the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the ideation & development of digital product experiences.
  • Collaborating and engaging with team members across strategy, design, and engineering on digital product projects of all sizes in activities such as research, analysis, product specifications and client workshops.
  • Defining and maintaining the product roadmap.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for your product and accountable for its timely and successful delivery.
  • Setting product specifications and maintaining alignment within the product team, and throughout the digital product lifecycle.
  • Defining product success metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Creating structured reports, documentation, and presentations articulating a clear point of view and recommendations.
  • Helping our clients identify opportunities within their business to accelerate growth.
  • Helping lead business development efforts through writing and proposals.
  • Keep learning and evolving as a Product Manager while mentoring and coaching more junior team members and growing organizations.

Requirements and Skills:

  • This is not your first rodeo - You come from a consulting or agency background, preferably in digital product development.
  • You have seen how deep the rabbit hole can go. You have led and built digital products or software from the initial concept through to the final delivery.
  • You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and take on something hands-on.
  • You are empathic and curious, it's your second nature. You know how to gain a deep understanding of client needs and can speculate and validate customer behavior.
  • You understand that sometimes it is all about the bottom line. You have strong business acumen, understanding what levers can be pulled to drive meaningful growth in a business.
  • You are not shy to respectfully disagree and make the tough call. You are decisive and able to make important decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • You are comfortable managing project workflow, assigning tasks, and stepping in to support hands-on where required.
  • You're experienced presenting to audiences of technical users, management, and customers.
  • You are comfortable creating solutions through ambiguity.
  • You're naturally curious, self-motivated, and always looking to learn more.
  • You have a collaborative mindset and have empathy for your users, clients, project team and co-workers.

Rewards:

  • Flexible Paid Time Off: Enjoy a generous PTO policy that offers up to 30 days per year.

  • Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary package that includes a solid base salary and a performance-based bonus. We believe in rewarding excellence and ensuring our team members are compensated for their contributions and achievements
