Skyline Livings Marketing Team is seeking a candidate for the position of Graphic Designer. This position will be located out of our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario, and will be required to be in the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
Job Description
As our Graphic Designer, you will work cross-functionally with the Tenant Experience Team to create impactful print and digital designs that support Skyline Living's branding and business goals. This role involves developing visual assets that capture the essence of our brand across various mediums, including print materials, digital platforms, and social media. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to balance design aesthetics with project requirements.
What we look for:
- Previous experience creating designs for multiple platforms.
- Ability to create captivating digital and web designs for banners, infographics, etc.
- Ability to utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- An aesthetic eye with a good understanding of colour theory, web typography, spatial balance, user psychology, and responsive design layout.
- Experience using HTML and CSS.
- Post-secondary degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field.
- Minimum two years of workplace experience in a corporate environment or equivalent combination of workplace experience and education.
- A sample portfolio of recent projects is required during the application process.
