Northlake is looking to hire a Verification Analyst to work in person at our NEW office. This role carries a high level of integrity to audit the decision-making of the buy program. This role will have high attention to detail to provide innovative and reliable financial solutions to our Dealers by providing exceptional customer service. This role will work closely with the Sales team to support the closing of deals.

A successful Verification Analyst will be able to verify approximately 30-35 deals per day with high-integrity decision-making and support the team for our customer/dealer needs.

Located: Minets Point, Barrie, ON

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Review deal structure decisions.
  • Review deal submission details.
  • Review credit bureau.
  • Review proof of income.
  • Verify applicant income details.
  • Assist dealer partners with all inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Forward Flinks or Paays banking link to necessary deals.
  • Work closely with Sales staff to support the closing of deals.
  • Follow the 3 P's, Policy, Processes and Procedures.
  • Be an advocate of team mentality and bring your whole self to work. Live Northlake values, accountability, integrity, speed, and innovation.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

  • Ability to work in office.
  • Ability to work evenings and every other Saturday.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including strong written and verbal.
  • Critical thinking and ability to identify problems and inconsistencies.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration to ensure process efficiencies.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills and knowledge of how to analyze data, documents, user inputs, and workflows.
  • Ability to work in an office environment with business casual dress code.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Completion of High School.
  • Post-secondary education in Business or Commerce is an asset.
  • Dexterous in using productivity tools and end-user software including MS Office suite.
  • Continuous learning mindset for continued growth opportunities.
