The Opportunity
Were looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team and become the friendly face and confident voice that supports our clients through lifes ups and downs. In this role, youll handle the essential day-to-day client interactions that allow our agents and sales team to focus on growing the business.

What Youll Do:
  • Be the 1st Ambassador of our office, greeting and assisting clients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Handle claims, billing inquiries, and household changes, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
  • Proactively identify client needs and suggest additional lines of insurance to provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Organize and streamline daily office operations, keeping things running smoothly for the team.
  • Deflect calls and requests as appropriate to allow the agent and sales team to focus on growth.
  • Train team members on new service, billing, and claims initiatives.
  • Order office and marketing supplies to maintain a polished and professional workspace.
  • Pivot conversations toward cross-selling opportunities to help clients protect more of what matters.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • A knack for organization and efficiencyyou thrive on creating order out of chaos.
  • Patience and empathyyou shine in helping clients through challenging situations.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Confidence and enthusiasm to recommend tailored insurance solutions.
  • Self-motivation and a proactive mindsetyou take initiative without waiting for direction.
  • A desire to learn quickly and contribute meaningfully to team success.
  • Licenses: OTL and LLQP are required but not mandatory to be hired (well sponsor the right candidate through the licensing process).
