What Your Day Will Look Like:

  • Safety First: Every day, youll demonstrate safe, environmentally sound, and healthy work practices in line with our Health and Safety Policies.
  • Customer-Centric Solutions: Youll maintain strong customer relationships by providing proactive, expert technical support.
  • Hands-On Repairs: Repair Caterpillar diesel engines, OEM truck and coach vehicles, and other equipment with precision and efficiency.
  • Cutting-Edge Diagnostics: Use Caterpillar testing equipment to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Ensure service reports and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Youll ensure that customer needs are met professionally and efficiently, always delivering top-notch service.

What Youll Bring to the Role:

  • Education & Licensing: A valid 310T or 421A Truck and Coach Technician License and a minimum of 3 years experience in truck and coach repair.
  • Customer Focus & Safety Mindset: A customer-centric attitude with a strong focus on safety and teamwork.
  • Diagnostic Expertise: Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic diagnostic skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-Motivation & Integrity: Youre self-driven, take initiative, and have a high degree of integrity.
  • Tech Savvy: Strong computer skills are a must, and familiarity with Caterpillar systems is an asset.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours to support business needs.
  • Valid Drivers License: A valid Ontario Drivers License is required.
